The whole point of having a smart house or office is to allow you to fine tune your surrounding to exactly what you want. Sometimes you don’t find exactly what you want because it is not a standard request. We design and install custom projects suited to any preference or request you might have regarding your smart home or office. Here is an example of some custom builds we have designed
AUTOMATED BRACKETS
Some customers want to have the screens in their homes or offices to be hidden and only appear when needed. We presented them with different designs such as rotating screens that blend into the wall or screens that come from inside a table
AUTOMATED TINTED GLASS
As many offices go to a modern design with large glass walls, some clients wanted some privacy in their offices. We provided them with an automated tinted glass solution which changes between clear glass and tinted glass when desired.
OUTDOOR CINEMA
Having a Cinema in your back yard may not be a traditional request. We have installed customized outdoor cinemas with high quality outdoor movie projection and sound system.
CUSTOM SHADES
You might want to add certain shades and covers such as awnings or pergolas that are not standard. We provide customizable solutions to install such projects with automated motors and shades.
SWIMMING POOL COVERS
Some projects wanted to include features such as swimming pool covers into their smart home systems. We designed the systems and integrated them seamlessly into the smart home control.
LOUVER SHADES
The standard indoor drapery and curtains might not be desirable for all homes or offices. We designed and installed custom motorized vertical louver shades and automated their control.
